Led by the wonderful Cristín Leach with contributions from exhibiting artists Mary Burke, Jen Donnery, Martin Gale and poet Pat Boran. Taking our event title from a line within Pat Boran’s specially commissioned poem, The Window Seat, the discussion will circle the theme of creative renewal with artists discussing how they nourish their creative practices and create the optimum conditions for sustaining their work as writers and visual artists. We will also examine what role Studio Spaces and Residencies play in creating space and opportunity for focus.
