This system is provided to the public as part of Laois County Council’s commitment to providing quality and timely customer oriented services. This system allows Rent to be paid online by Credit Card or Laser Card.

After you have first registered with the new MyCoCo Payments Portal, you will have set a password.  Your email and password is required to access your account.

Help Using This Service

What do I need to use this service?

  • You will need your email address and password (If you need your password reset, contact the Finance Rents Section).
  • You will need a valid Visa/Delta, Mastercard or Laser Card

How to use this service

If you wish to pay your Rent online please log in to following link and use you email address and password “Pay Housing Rents”
The MyCoCo Payments System will return your transactions and payments history.

What kinds of cards can I use?

The following types of credit/debit card can be accepted: –

  • Visa/Delta
  • Mastercard
  • Laser

What about privacy and security?

All financial transactions are processed by Realex, a third party Internet financial service which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions.  Your credit/debit card information is not transmitted outside the secure site. What about Refunds?

If a Housing Rents Payment has been paid in error or has been receipted twice, a refund may be arranged.  An application for a refund should be made in writing to: Laois County Council, Aras an Chontae, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 EHP9.
