Laois County Council is actively considering the development of serviced sites over the coming years at a number of locations.
The Croí Cónaithe (Towns) Fund launched in September, 2022 by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, to be delivered by local authorities, aims to provide new choices for people to live in towns and villages in Ireland and will see local authorities make available serviced sites at reduced cost to support self-build home ownership.
In advance of finalising its plans, the Council wishes to establish that there are sufficient levels of interest.
