In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993, Laois County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to consider the making of a Declaration regarding the taking in charge of the following estates;
• Graigavern Lodge, Ballybrittas, Co. Laois
• Hynds Square, Main Street, Portlaoise, Co. Laois
Maps showing the section of road may be inspected at the offices of Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise during normal opening hours from Tuesday 16th July 2019 to Friday 16th August 2019.
Office hours: 9.00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday
Objections or representations may be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Roads Department, Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise, Co. Laois and the latest date for receipt of such objections or representations is 4.00 p.m. on Friday 30th August 2019.
