On Tuesday, the 9th of May, Portlaoise Library, a Europe direct Information Centre, welcomed Minister of State at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Sean Fleming . The Minister visited the Library to view their work and some of the information on Europe that they distribute, including visits to and from schools. Between visiting a number of schools around Laois, he took some time to talk to Will Faulkner of Midlands Radio 3 on Ireland’s 50 years in Europe, having joined in 1973 and to listen to the interview click here.
