Planning Application to an Bord Pleanála on behalf of Thomas Kelly & Sons Group in respect of a proposed development in the Townland of Rathevan, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.  The proposed development will consist of 262 no. residential units (206 no. houses, 56 no. apartments), 1 no. double garage, 1 no. crèche with a gross floor area of 178.70sq.m; 1 no. retail unit with a gross floor area of 147.70sq.m; car parking and cycle parking; open space; private amenity space; services; landscaping and associated site works at lands at Rathevan, Kilminchy, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.

Planning Application to an Bord Pleanála on behalf of Boderg Development Limited in respect of a proposed development in the Townland of Foxburrow, Beladd, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.  The proposed development consist of the completions of estate previously permitted under Laois County Council Reg.Ref:05/893 Development will consist of the removal or adaptation of existing foundation pads for the previously permitted and partially constructed houses and provision of 155 no. residential units (115 no. houses 40 no. apartments): The development also proposes the provision of 289 ancillary car parking spaces; cycle parking; the creation of a pedestrian link towards the north-west corner of the site through to the neighbouring Grenville estate and the facilitation of a vehicular link through Grenville; hard and soft landscaping; balconies and terraces; boundary treatments; solar panels; the relocation of an existing ESB substation and the provision of a new substation; bin stores and all associated site development works above and below ground at Foxburrow, Beladd, Portlaoise, Co. Laois.
