Training Room, Áras an Chontae

TrainingWe continually train and develop employees to enable them to reach their full potential in the performance of their duties. A training assessment of the entire workforce is carried out annually, from which a comprehensive training programme is delivered. The Council also encourages and assists employees to take advantage of relevant further education. It provides a number of ways to achieve this objective, e.g. study leave, exam leave and financial assistance for course fees. Through the personal development of our employees we are striving towards continuous improvement in service delivery and will continue to expand our training function.
