As part of the development of the screen sector in Laois, producer Leeona Duff and Katherine Foyle from Up on Blue Bridge Productions are location scouting in the county.
With a remit to identify a variety of locations across the county that represent distinct and unique natural and historical assets, as well as the curious and the mundane, that potentially could be used for future screen projects whether film, TV, digital media, or advertising.
This resulting portfolio of images with logistical information is to be shared with Screen Ireland, regional film offices, and production companies as a calling card to the potential of Laois, and its towns, villages and natural environments as screen locations.
