What do I need to use this service?
- Login with your email address and password you set when registering.
- You will need a valid Visa/Delta, Mastercard or Laser Card
How to use this service
If you wish to pay your Housing Loan click this “Pay Housing Loan” link. Then enter your email address and password.

The following types of credit/debit card can be accepted: –
- Visa/Delta
- Mastercard
- Laser
What about privacy and security?
All financial transactions are processed by Realex, a third party Internet financial service which provides a secure environment to protect your transactions. What about Refunds?
If a Housing Loan Charge has been paid in error or has been receipted twice, a refund may be arranged. An application for a refund should be made in writing to: Laois County Council, Aras an Chontae, Portlaoise, Co. Laois, R32 EHP9.
