Section 11 Roads Act, 1993
In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 of the Roads Act 1993 (as amended) Laois County Council hereby gives notice of its intention to the making of a Declaration that the following road be a public road.
- Existing lane off the L-26831-0 and L-7830-0, Ballycarroll, Stradbally, Portlaoise, Co. Laois (Rock of Dunamaise)
Maps showing the section of road may be viewed online at www.laois.ie/departments/roads/ from 15th October 2024 to the 14th November 2024.
Objections or representations regarding the proposed declaration may be made in writing to the Administrative Officer, Roads Department, Laois County Council, Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise, Co. Laois or via email to RoadsAdmin@laoiscoco.ie.
The latest date for receipt of objections or representations is 4.00 p.m. on Monday the 18th November 2024.
