Counselling Sessions

Free counselling sessions (maximum of six per person) are now offered to those over 18, living in Ireland, who are one of the following; 

  • Having arrived in Ireland from Ukraine; 
  • Having family members or loved ones currently living in Ukraine; 
  • Having suffered a bereavement as a result of the conflict; 
  • Suffering from mental health issues because of events in Ukraine. 

How do I avail of the free sessions?

To get the free sessions, please register with MyMind. You will need to give some personal details and answer a few questions about your mental health, to help them decide how best they  can help you. When you have finished registering, please select ‘Free Counselling Project’ to move forward. Please view the document directly below for more information. 

For those under 18 the full rate fee (currently €50) applies to children and adolescents’ sessions at MyMind. Sessions for children and adolescents are face to face.
