Customer Service Charter Publication

Laois County Council publishes charters outlining their commitment to provide high quality customer service, the responsibilities of customers when using services, and what you as a customer may do if you are unhappy with the standard of service provided to you.

What is the Customer Charter?

The Customer Charter is a formal declaration by Laois County Council of its commitment to providing an efficient and courteous service to our customers.  Apart from setting out the level of response that should be provided, the Charter also refers to the responsibilities of our customers and the Council expects that customers will treat the employees of Laois County Council in a courteous and professional manner.
