Antisocial Behaviour Control

Laois County Council investigates antisocial behaviour involving Laois County Council tenants. If necessary, they may involve An Garda Síochána (national police).

What is anti social behaviour?

Anti Social Behaviour are actions that harm or lack consideration for others. It has also been defined as any type of conduct that violates the basic rights of another person or any behaviour that is considered to be disruptive to society and others.  

Laois County Council takes all complaints of anti social behaviour seriously and all complaints will be investigated in a fair and impartial manner in accordance with our Anti Social Behaviour Strategy.
