Accounts Payable 

Supplier set up  

Please find directly below the new supplier set up form which you should complete in order to be set up as a supplier to Laois County Council.

All new business suppliers are paid by Electronic Funds Transfer and you must therefore submit your bank account details to facilitate direct payment.

Tax compliance 

Suppliers must have an eTax Clearance Certificate in order for payment to be made. Full details of the requirements in relation to Tax Clearance Certificates, Professional Services Withholding Tax, and Relevant Contracts Tax (RCT) together with application forms are available from the Revenue Website
