Notice of Decision to close N78 between the junction of the N78 and R431 and N78 and R430, Crettyard, Co. Laois

In accordance with the provisions of Section 75 of the above Act and Article 12 of the Roads Regulations, 1994, Laois County Council hereby serves notice that it is intended to temporarily close a section of the N78 between the junction of the N78 and R431 and N78 and R430, Crettyard, Co. Laois, from the 25^th September 2023 to 6^th October 2023 inclusive.

The road closure is necessary to facilitate the installation of a cattle underpass.

Diversions will be clearly signposted. A map indicating the routes to be closed and the alternative routes will be available for inspection at www.laois.ie and Áras an Chontae, Portlaoise.
