LEGO BUILDING COMPETITION
The 2nd Annual LEGO building competition takes place on the 8th December at 2pm in Abbeyleix Library.
For ages 5 & up.
All entries much be dropped into the library between the 1st December and 12 noon on the 8th December.

Laois Geology & Minecraft Rocks
For National Heritage we had Michele Castiaux from the Irish Geological Association presented a fun and informative workshop on geology and Irish rocks. We also talked about the popular game Minecraft and the rocks used in that.
