Unfortunately fires do happen . It is therefore extremely important that all householder plan and practice escape drills.
In the event of a fire, once out of the houlse, telephone the fire brigade on 999 or 112. Never go back into a burning building to look for someone or to retrieve belongings,
The escape drill should be practised until perfect.
